T.O.S

General:
♡ ⚠︎FOR SUGGESTIVE⚠︎ Client must be 18 or older in order to commission me
♡ I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
♡ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited
♡ Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
♡ Additional characters limit is 1-2 per illustration (ex. 3 characters in total in one piece)
♡ Upfront or 50/50 payment is okay.
♡ Once I accept the commission, I will send the client a watermarked sketch for approval.
♡ If the client approve the sketch, a 50% down payment is required before I start rendering the artwork.
♡ Once the artwork is done I’ll send the client a JPG preview with a big watermark on it. The other 50% is due before I send the final PNG with a small corner watermark.Revisions & Changes:
♡ If the client does not like the first sketch there will be 2 free revisions more will cost extra
♡ You may request for slight color grading changes in the finalRefunds & Cancellation:
♡ Refund is allowed if I have not yet started on a sketch and the client has paid early
♡I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.Deadlines & Delivery:
♡ Turnaround time(TAT) is 2-3 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
♡ TAT starts when I have messaged the client that I am ready to begin their commission and the client has confirmed that I may proceed.
♡ I will keep you updated if delays occur.Active Hours:
♡ I am in Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8)
♡ I am most active 5pm - 10pm (GMT+8) but I try to respond as fast as I can

Process

Send me a message through discord or twitter(x) with the following:
♡ details: [specific details about the piece you want, mood, feel, etc.]
♡ image and references: [ reference photos of the character(s), poses , clothing, expression, etc.]Note: its better to give me a reference sheet with flat colors instead of a rendered artwork

Commissioner Rights

You may:
♡ Use the artwork for personal purposes ONLY
♡ Print the art for yourself.
♡ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@KaeAlien".You may NOT:
♡ Use the artwork commercially
♡ Claim the artwork as your own
♡ Modify the artwork without my consent.
♡ Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

Final Agreement

♡ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
